Plenty of agencies sell SEO reports. We run our own content sites in three languages and eat what we cook — the same playbook we use on our own properties is what you get.
What’s included
- Technical SEO — crawl and indexing diagnostics, sitemap and robots hygiene, Core Web Vitals, structured data. We find why Google ignores your pages before writing a single new one.
- Content strategy — keyword research against real search data, content briefs, and pages built to match search intent instead of guessing.
- Multilingual SEO — hreflang done correctly across English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese; locale-specific terminology so your Taiwan pages don’t read like mainland copy (and vice versa).
- AI search readiness — citable structures, definitions and data tables that answer engines can quote.
Where sites usually lose, in our experience
Most stalled sites we audit are not losing on content quality. They lose on one of these, and the fix is cheaper than writing more articles:
- Published but never crawled. A site can have hundreds of pages that Google has simply never fetched. This is a crawl budget and internal linking problem, not a writing problem — and adding more pages makes it worse, not better.
- Orphan pages. Pages reachable only from a sitemap, with no internal link pointing at them, get treated accordingly.
- Keyword cannibalisation. Five near-identical pages competing for one query, so none of them ranks. Consolidation beats creation here.
- Broken hreflang on translated sites. The most common failure we see: translated pages whose internal links all point back to the source language, so the target language has no internal structure of its own.
- Redirect chains and stale internal links accumulated through years of slug changes, quietly leaking every internal link’s value.
How an engagement starts
- Audit against your own data. We work from your Search Console and analytics, not third-party estimates. Estimated traffic tools are useful for competitors; for your own site they are strictly worse than the real numbers you already own.
- Findings, ranked by expected impact. What is actually costing you traffic, in order, with the evidence for each.
- Fix and measure. Technical corrections first, because content published onto a broken foundation doesn’t get indexed anyway.
- Report against a baseline. Impressions, clicks, average position and index coverage, compared to where you started.
How you verify our work
Everything reports from Google Search Console with your own access — impressions, clicks and index coverage you can check without us in the room. We add your account as an owner on day one. If an agency won’t do that for you, ask why.
Chinese-market SEO
If your target is buyers inside mainland China, Google work has limited value there and Baidu behaves differently: it weights domestic hosting, expects its own verification and sitemap submission, and crawls far less aggressively than Google. An ICP-filed, mainland-hosted site starts ahead of one that isn’t. We tell you honestly whether Baidu is worth the investment for your category, and several times the answer has been no.
What we won’t promise
Guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls Google, and anyone promising position one is either lying or planning shortcuts that get sites penalized. What we do promise: honest diagnostics, measurable delivery, and a straight answer when something isn’t working.
Common questions
How long before results show?
Technical fixes to indexing can show in Search Console within weeks. Ranking movement on competitive terms is measured in months. Any agency giving you a confident 30-day number is selling, not forecasting.
Do you write the content, or do we?
Either. Many clients keep writing in-house and use us for briefs, structure and technical work — that is often the best value, because you know your product and we know what the search results reward.
Can you work on a site you didn’t build?
Yes, and most of our SEO work is exactly that. We don’t require a rebuild before helping you.
What if our site is small?
Small sites are frequently easier wins, because the problems are structural and few. We’ll say up front if we think an audit isn’t worth your money yet.
Request an SEO audit — tell us your domain and target market, and we’ll come back with what’s actually blocking you.
