We build WordPress sites that companies actually run themselves after handover: clean structure, an editor your staff can use, and no mystery plugins held together with tape.
What we build
- Business & B2B websites — service companies, manufacturers, exporters. Structured for inquiries, not just looks.
- WooCommerce stores — product catalogues, payment integration, shipping logic.
- Redesigns & rebuilds — keep your content and rankings, replace the parts that hold you back.
- Migrations — host to host, builder to WordPress, or consolidating several old sites into one. Redirect maps included so your SEO survives the move.
Our standards
- Mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just browser resizing.
- Page speed treated as a feature: caching, image optimization and measured Core Web Vitals before launch.
- Every form tested end to end — a contact form that silently fails is a lost customer you never hear about.
- Admin access, domain and hosting registered under your accounts. We insist on this even when clients don’t ask.
How a build runs
- Scope. Page inventory, what each page has to achieve, what content exists and what has to be written. Priced line by line so you can cut items rather than negotiate a lump sum.
- Structure before design. URL layout, navigation and templates agreed first. Changing structure after the design is signed off is where projects lose weeks.
- Build on staging. You review real pages at real URLs, not slide mockups.
- Pre-launch checks. Redirects mapped, forms tested with real deliveries, analytics and Search Console verified, speed measured, mobile checked on devices.
- Handover. Written documentation, an editing walkthrough, and every credential in your name.
Rebuilding without losing your rankings
The most expensive mistake in a redesign is launching a new site on new URLs with no redirect map. Traffic that took years to earn disappears in a week, and recovering it costs more than the rebuild did. On every migration we:
- Export the full existing URL inventory, including pages nobody remembers publishing.
- Map old to new one by one, so no live URL is left returning 404.
- Keep the pages that already earn impressions, even when they don’t fit the new design neatly.
- Verify after launch in Search Console instead of assuming, and fix what shows up in the first weeks.
Working across time zones
We’re in China. For clients in Europe and North America that means work happens overnight relative to your day — you send comments at close of business and typically see them addressed by your morning. All project communication and documentation is in English.
What it costs
Depends on scope, so we quote per project with deliverables listed line by line. Because we are based in China, our rates are typically well below Western agencies for the same senior-level work. Describe your project and you’ll get a scoped quote, not a sales call.
Common questions
Can you work with our existing theme or page builder?
Usually yes. We work routinely with Elementor and standard block themes. If your current setup is the actual bottleneck we’ll say so and explain the trade-off, rather than quietly rebuilding what already works.
Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?
That’s the point. We hand over an editor your staff can use for normal changes — text, images, new pages — without calling us. You should not need a developer to fix a typo.
Do you host the site?
We can advise and set up hosting, but it stays in your account and your name. You are never locked into us to keep your own site online.
What happens after launch?
Nothing forced. If you want ongoing updates, backups and monitoring, that’s our support and maintenance service. Plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves — which is how it should be.
