  3. Build on staging. You review real pages at real URLs, not slide mockups.
  4. Pre-launch checks. Redirects mapped, forms tested with real deliveries, analytics and Search Console verified, speed measured, mobile checked on devices.
  5. Handover. Written documentation, an editing walkthrough, and every credential in your name.

Planning a Redesign or Migration

The most expensive mistake in a redesign is launching a new site on new URLs with no redirect map. Traffic that took years to earn disappears in a week, and recovering it costs more than the rebuild did. On every migration we:

  • Export the full existing URL inventory, including pages nobody remembers publishing.
  • Map old to new one by one, so no live URL is left returning 404.
  • Keep the pages that already earn impressions, even when they don’t fit the new design neatly.
  • Verify after launch in Search Console instead of assuming, and fix what shows up in the first weeks.

We’re based in China. For clients in Europe and North America, much of our work happens during your night. Send comments at the end of your working day, and you will typically see them addressed by morning. Project communication and documentation are in English.

Questions About Your WordPress Project

Can you work with our existing theme or page builder?

Usually, yes. We regularly work with Elementor and standard block themes. If your current setup is causing the problem, we explain why and what changing it involves before replacing anything.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?

Yes. Your staff can use the editor to change text and images or add pages without calling us. A typo should not require a developer.

Do you host the site?

We can advise on hosting and set it up, but the account stays in your name. Keeping your site online does not depend on continuing to work with us.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing work is optional. If you need updates, backups and monitoring, see our support and maintenance service. Many clients manage the site themselves after handover, as they should.
